ZoneCoach is an Android app for heart-rate-zone-based run training: live coaching from a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor, training plans, session history, and Health Connect integration.

Please include your Android version, your phone model, and what you were doing when the problem happened. If the issue involves a specific run, the date and time of that run helps a lot.
Connecting Strava is optional. ZoneCoach works fully without it.
Open Settings → Share on Strava and turn the toggle on. Strava's own authorization screen opens in your browser; once you approve, you land back in ZoneCoach and the row shows the account you connected as.
ZoneCoach does not read your activity feed, your friends, your segments, or anyone else's data. It only touches activities it uploaded itself.
Why does Strava's authorization screen ask ZoneCoach for permission to view your activities, including private ones? Strava only lets an app edit an activity that the app is allowed to see. ZoneCoach needs that visibility for exactly one thing: setting the shoe on the runs it uploaded for you — also when your activities are set to "Only you". It never reads your feed or browses your activities.
Turn the Share on Strava toggle off in Settings. ZoneCoach deletes its copy of your Strava tokens and asks Strava to revoke the authorization, so ZoneCoach disappears from your Strava account's connected apps.
You can also revoke access from Strava's side at any time: strava.com/settings/apps. Activities that were already uploaded stay on your Strava account — they are yours, and you delete them on Strava like any other activity.
ZoneCoach reads workouts and health metrics from Health Connect to build your training history, and can optionally write your finished sessions back. You control every permission from Android Settings → Apps → Health Connect, and you can revoke any of them at any time.

ZoneCoach is a paid app. The optional AI Coach subscription is billed through Google Play — manage or cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
